Can't make it to Kingsland anymore? You can safely resell your tickets via TicketSwap, even if you haven't downloaded the e-ticket. Just follow the steps below.

1: Go to the confirmation email you received from Paylogic

2: Click the button at the bottom of the email: “Manage order”

3: You'll now be in your MyOrder environment, click “More actions”

4: Click the option: “Sell on TicketSwap”

5: You'll be redirected to TicketSwap, follow the steps on their website.

To prevent fraud, all tickets are sent out the day before the event, which is 26 April 2026. It's not possible to download your e-ticket before that day. Can't make it anymore? You can already resell your ticket on TicketSwap via Paylogic's my-order page, which you can reach through the confirmation email you received. Check the TicketSwap topic for the exact instructions.

Each ticket has to be personalised individually. You can do this via the confirmation email you received from Paylogic.

You'll receive the e-tickets that give you access to the festival after personalisation on 26 April 2026, the day before the event.

Regular and large lockers are available on site. You can buy them online in advance, on the festival grounds via the QR code at the entrance OR at the locker desk. Everyone who bought a locker online will receive a personal code by email 24 hours before our doors open, which you use to open your locker. This email is sent by E-Lockers and may end up in your spam folder.

Ticket sales for Kingsland 2026 start on Tuesday 27 January at 12:00. Make sure you're ready 😉

Did you sign up for pre-registration? Then you get early access to the ticket shop, and an earlier chance to score the best-value tickets for you and your friends. For you, sales start on Friday 23 January at 12:00.

Want to drop someone off at Kingsland Groningen? No problem! Just navigate to Paviljoenlaan 3-5, 9727 KE Groningen.

The Stadspark is easily accessible by public transport. Check 9292.nl for up-to-date information.

Please don't come to the festival grounds by car. During the event, Groningen, including the Stadspark, is very hard to reach by car due to roadworks. There is no parking at the festival grounds. Check the nearest parking facilities here.

Kingsland Groningen takes place in the beautiful Stadspark on the Concourslaan in Groningen.

We advise everyone to come by bike or public transport.

House Rules Kingsland Festival 2025

• Kingsland Festival reserves the right to deny entry to anyone at any time.
• Kingsland Festival reserves the right to modify the event policy at any time.
• Kingsland Festival reserves the right to record visitors at the event location via both video and audio. These recordings may be used by the organisation without any obligation to compensate the individuals recorded in any form.
• Visitors must agree to a security check at the entrance if requested.
• The organisation reserves the right to implement camera surveillance and other crowd management systems to ensure the safety of visitors and staff.
• Visitors must always follow the instructions, regulations and directions given by (security) staff.
• Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes, including vapes, are not allowed indoors, inside tents or under covered areas.
• The minimum age for all Kingsland Festival events is 18 years. In case of doubt, proof of identification may be requested. If you are under 18 or unable to provide valid identification, you will be denied entry.
• Visitors must comply with the Dutch legal requirement to carry a valid ID.
• Visitors with special medications must report this to security during the bag check. They will be referred to the first aid station, where medications can be stored.
• Bringing your own food, beverages, bottles, cans, alcohol, glassware or flammable materials is prohibited.
• Drugs are strictly prohibited, both for personal use and sale. The possession and/or use of nitrous oxide (laughing gas) is strictly forbidden at this event.
• Strict security checks will take place at the entrance. Anyone found in possession of drugs will be handed over to the police immediately.
• Weapons are strictly prohibited. Items that can be used as weapons will be confiscated.
• Commercial activities in and around the festival grounds are not allowed.
• Attending the event is entirely at your own risk.
• Once you leave the event, re-entry is not allowed.
• Kingsland Festival is not liable for any damage to or loss of personal belongings or physical well-being of visitors.
• Kingsland Festival is not responsible for potential hearing damage.
• Visitors are advised to wear hearing protection, which will be available at the event.
• Strict monitoring of disturbances will take place in and around the event area. Anyone misbehaving will be removed from the premises immediately.
• Visitors must avoid causing any nuisance to the neighbourhood when arriving at or leaving the event.
• Urinating outside designated toilet facilities is prohibited.
• Bringing (semi-)professional camera equipment to Kingsland events is not allowed unless agreed upon through an official press accreditation.
• Standard (digital) cameras and GoPro cameras are allowed. However, selfie sticks are not permitted.
• Bringing umbrellas to Kingsland Festival is not allowed.
• Kingsland Festival is not liable for direct or indirect damages caused by inaccuracies, issues resulting from, or inherent to the dissemination of information via the internet, as well as technical malfunctions.
• Cancellation or refunds for purchased tickets are not possible.
• Kingsland Festival will not refund money for purchased tokens under any circumstances. Tokens cannot be exchanged for money or new tokens at the end of the event.

Our social safety team from VaCiD is on site and recognisable by their pink shirts. You can always approach them or go to the first aid post.

At Kingsland you pay with tokens. You can buy them on site by card or with cash.

Yes, there are lockers on site. You can rent one on the spot. Already bought one? Then you'll receive your code by email by 26 April at the latest.

Of course. Even with group tickets you can simply enter individually, so you don't have to arrive together.
