Please note: ticket deposits are non-refundable. So make sure you complete the remaining payment between April 1 and April 21 to finalize your ticket.

How does it work?

1.⁠ ⁠Choose your ticket - Go for a deposit ticket in the ticket shop.
2.⁠ ⁠Pay €25 now - This reserves your ticket and you can pay the rest later.
3.⁠ ⁠Pay the rest from April 1 - We will send you a reminder when the time comes. Easy does it.
4.⁠ ⁠Enjoy Kingsland - On April 27, you'll be dancing with your friends and your favorite artists.

So: pay the first part now to reserve your ticket and pay the rest before April 21! Be quick, these tickets will sell out fast.

Ticket sales for Kingsland 2026 start on Tuesday, January 27 at 12:00 noon. Make sure you're ready 😉

Have you signed up for pre-registration? Then you will have early access to the ticket shop and therefore an earlier chance to get the best deals for you and your friends. Sales start for you on Friday, January 23 at 12:00 noon.

There are regular and large lockers available on site. You can purchase these in advance online, at the festival site via the QR code at the entrance, OR at the locker desk. Anyone who has purchased a locker online will receive a personal code by email 24 hours before our doors open, which can be used to open the locker. This email will be sent by E-Lockers. The email may end up in your spam inbox.

You will receive the e-tickets that grant you access to the festival after personalization on April 26, 2026, the day before the event.

Each ticket must be personalized separately. You can do this via the confirmation email you received from Paylogic.

To prevent fraud, all tickets will be sent out the day before the event. That is April 26, 2026. It will not be possible to download your e-ticket before that date. Are you unable to attend? You can resell your ticket on TicketSwap via the my-order page of Paylogic. You can access this page via the confirmation email you received. Check the TicketSwap section for detailed instructions.

Are you unable to attend Kingsland? You can safely resell your tickets via TicketSwap, even if you haven't downloaded the e-ticket. To do so, follow the steps below.

1: Go to the confirmation email you received from Paylogic

2: In the email, click on the button at the bottom: "Manage Order."

3: You will now enter your MyOrder environment, click on "More Actions" here.

4: Click on the option: "Sell on TicketSwap"

5: You will now be redirected to TicketSwap, follow the steps on their website.

Do you want to drop someone off at Kingsland Groningen? You can! Then navigate to Paviljoenlaan 3-5, 9727 KE Groningen.

The City Park is easily accessible by public transportation. Consult 9292.nl for current information.

Please do not come to the event site by car. Groningen, and therefore also the Stadspark, will be very difficult to reach by car during the event due to roadworks. There is no parking available at the event site itself. Check here for the nearest parking facilities.

Kingsland Groningen will take place in the beautiful Stadspark on Concourslaan in Groningen.

We advise everyone to come by bicycle or public transportation.

House rules Kingsland Festival 2025 (voor Nederlands zie hieronder)

• Kingsland Festival reserves the right to deny anyone access to the event at any time.
• Kingsland Festival reserves the right to modify its event policy at any time.
• Kingsland Festival reserves the right to record visitors at the event location on both image and sound carriers. These recordings may be used by the organization without owing any compensation (in the form of money or other items) to the visitors concerned.
• Visitors to the event must agree to a search at the entrance, if requested.
• The organization reserves the right to use camera surveillance and other crowd management systems for the safety of its visitors and employees.
• Visitors are required to follow the instructions, regulations, and/or directions of the event's (security) staff at all times.
• Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes, including vapes, are not permitted indoors, in tents, or under canopies.
• A minimum age of 18 applies to all Kingsland Festival events. If there is any doubt about your age, you may be asked to show proof of identity. If you are under 18 or unable to show valid proof of identity, you will be refused entry.
• The Dutch legal requirement for valid identification must be met.
• Visitors with special medications must report this to security at the entrance. They will refer you to the first aid station, where you can leave the medications.
• Personal consumptions, bottles, cans, alcohol, glassware, and flammable materials are prohibited on the premises and may not be brought inside.
• Drugs are prohibited. This applies to both personal use and sale.
  The possession and/or use of nitrous oxide/distick oxide is strictly prohibited during this event.
• There is a strict search at the entrance. Persons in possession of drugs are immediately handed over to the police.
• Weapons are strictly prohibited. Items that can be used as weapons will be confiscated.
• It is prohibited to engage in commercial activities on and around the premises.
• Attending the event is entirely at your own risk.
• Once you have left the event, you will not be able to re-enter the event grounds.
• Kingsland Festival is not liable for damage to or loss of visitors' belongings or physical condition.
• Kingsland Festival is not liable for any hearing damage.
• Visitors are advised to wear hearing protection, which is available at the event.
• Strict checks for irregularities will be carried out at and around the location. Persons who misbehave will be immediately removed from the premises.
• When entering and leaving the event, visitors must not cause any nuisance to the neighborhood.
• It is not permitted to urinate outside of the designated toilets.
• It is prohibited to bring (semi) professional photographic equipment to Kingsland events, unless otherwise agreed by means of assigned press accreditation.
• A standard (digital) camera and a GoPro camera are permitted. Selfie sticks are not permitted.
• Umbrellas are not permitted at Kingsland Festival.
• Kingsland Festival is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from inaccuracies, problems caused by or inherent in the dissemination of information via the internet, or technical malfunctions.
• Cancellation or refund of tickets once ordered and purchased is not possible.
• Kingsland Festival will not refund money for purchased tokens under any circumstances. The tokens are also not exchangeable for cash or new tokens at the end of the event.

• Kingsland Festival reserves the right to deny entry to anyone at any time.
• Kingsland Festival reserves the right to modify the event policy at any time.
• Kingsland Festival reserves the right to record visitors at the event location via both video and audio. These recordings may be used by the organization without any obligation to compensate the individuals recorded in any form.
• Visitors must agree to a security check at the entrance if requested.
• The organization reserves the right to implement camera surveillance and other crowd management systems to ensure the safety of visitors and staff.
• Visitors must always follow the instructions, regulations, and directions given by (security) staff.
• Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes, including vapes, are not permitted indoors, inside tents, or under covered areas.
• The minimum age for all Kingsland Festival events is 18 years. In case of doubt, proof of identification may be requested. If you are under 18 or unable to provide valid identification, you will be denied entry.
• Visitors must comply with the U.S. legal requirement to carry valid identification.
• Visitors with special medications must report this to security during the bag check. They will be referred to the first aid station, where medications can be stored.
• Bringing your own food, beverages, bottles, cans, alcohol, glassware, or flammable materials is prohibited.
• Drugs are strictly prohibited, both for personal use and sale. The possession and/or use of nitrous oxide (laughing gas) is strictly forbidden at this event.
• Strict security checks will take place at the entrance. Anyone found in possession of drugs will be handed over to the police immediately.
• Weapons are strictly prohibited. Items that can be used as weapons will be confiscated.
• Commercial activities in and around the festival grounds are not permitted.
• Attending the event is entirely at your own risk.
• Once you leave the event, re-entry is not permitted.
• Kingsland Festival is not liable for any damage to or loss of personal belongings or physical well-being of visitors.
• Kingsland Festival is not responsible for potential hearing damage.
• Visitors are advised to wear hearing protection, which will be available at the event.
• Strict monitoring of disturbances will take place in and around the event area. Anyone misbehaving will be removed from the premises immediately.
• Visitors must avoid causing any nuisance to the neighborhood when arriving at or leaving the event.
• Urinating outside designated toilet facilities is prohibited.
• Bringing (semi-)professional camera equipment to Kingsland events is not allowed unless agreed upon through an official press accreditation.
• Standard (digital) cameras and GoPro cameras are permitted. However, selfie sticks are not permitted.
• Bringing umbrellas to Kingsland Festival is not permitted.
• Kingsland Festival is not liable for direct or indirect damages caused by inaccuracies, issues resulting from, or inherent to the dissemination of information via the internet, as well as technical malfunctions.
• Cancellation or refunds for purchased tickets are not possible.
• Kingsland Festival will not refund money for purchased tokens under any circumstances. Tokens cannot be exchanged for money or new tokens at the end of the event.
